Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the following business day. As a courtesy, Uneeksupply.com notifies all customers via email once orders are in transit. Most orders reach our customers within two to five business days from time of shipment.


Shipping Policy

Our company prides itself on our fast shipping. All items that ship for free will be sent via USPS. Average delivery time is 3-7 days.


Shipping Details:

  • Orders ship from Bakersfield, California.
  • Orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii are shipped through USPS.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday from our warehouse and tracking is emailed as soon as the shipping label is created.
  • Orders placed before 11am Eastern Standard Time will ship the same business day.
  • International shipping is available.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase from Uneeksupply.com you may return it in the original, unused condition within 30 business days of date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus actual shipping. If your item had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted. Uneeksupply.com will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.


Defective Merchandise
Any product that is found to be defective upon delivery will be replaced. We require the defective merchandise to be returned.

Damaged Merchandise
Prior to leaving our warehouse, every package is inspected for damage. Any damage to your product that occurs during shipment must be reported to us immediately. We must be notified within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt for shipping damage related claims. Claims received within this 7 day time frame will be replaced.

FAQ's

My shipping address is different than my billing address. What do I do?

Due to the high amount of credit card fraud, we now require online orders to have the same shipping/billing address.  We can override this requirement if you place the order over the phone or if you call/email us after you place the order and request a different shipping address.

My order didn't go through but my card has been charged.  How do I get my money back? 

If you tried to use an address that did not match the billing address on the card, our credit card processor will decline the transaction.  95% of the time, your funds will be available immediately.  If they are not, you will need to contact your bank and ask them when they update their systems.  

Its been 12 hours, where is my stuff?!? I needed it yesterday!

If you got a tracking number, please check it on USPS.com.  If you get the message that the label doesn't exist, its because USPS hasn't refreshed their system yet.  Sometimes it will take 12-16 hours for USPS to record that they picked up a package. If you call us and ask where your package is, we will ask you your order number and then tell you the above information

I think my package has been lost.  What do I do now?

Call us. Please have your order number ready.  We will have USPS do a trace on the package.
