We ship Monday through Saturday unless the post office is closed. Our goal is to ship within 24 hours of payment. For US orders, the expected delivery times for first class mail is 7-10 days, priority mail is 2-5 days, and express mail is 1-3 days. For International orders, the expected delivery time for first class is 30 days, priority is 10 days, and express is 3 days. International orders do not get tracking information for first class mail, only delivery confirmation.

We try our best to keep our shipping rates as reasonable as possible. We HATE it when we buy items and the item costs $0.99 and shipping is $25. If you see one of our listings where the postage is out of line, please let us know and we will fix it. Also, we do combine orders! If you pay with paypal, please check your address on it. We only ship to paypal mailing addresses.

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery. A 25% restocking fee is placed on returned items. For items that are returned, it may take up to 3 days to issue your refund. Please put your ebay userid on the package and reason for return. Again, if it comes in on Saturday, you most likely won't get refunded until Tuesday.

Uneeksupply is a small business located in beautiful Bakersfield, California. Our main product lines are in wholesale car audio installation supplies but as we grow, our product line is growing as well. We started selling on Ebay in 2005 out of the spare room closet with a product line of 3 items. Today, we have a warehouse and offer over 1000 different products.

We have five people on staff so everybody does pretty much everything. Justin is our technical guy so if you have a technical question, you'll want to speak to him. Chrissy is our warehouse forewoman. If you have a shipping question, you'll want to talk to her. Brandy is our part timer until we can convince her to come full time. She fills in wherever she is needed so mornings she's usually packaging up your products, answering calls, cleaning the warehouse, doing odd ball stuff. Taryn, is our graphical designer and newest employee. Finally there is Kelly who oversees the whole operation. Yes, Justin works with all women. He's so lucky.

We hope your buying experience is pleasant with us (and not with us too, but especially with us). Occasionally we do mess up so if we do, please let us know so we can fix it. We try to answer our emails same day but please understand we get over 200 emails a day and if its on a Sunday or a Monday (our busiest day), we may not answer until Tuesday.
