Store Policies
General: We try to be fair and accurate with all auctions and descriptions. Please read each auction and bid carefully. We put information that is supplied by our vendors. If this information is incorrect, please email us.
Payments: We accept Paypal, Credit Cards (through Paypal), and MoneyOrders. Please contact us if you need to set up another arrangement.
Shipping: We ship Monday through Saturday unless the post office is closed. US purchases should get your item within 2-7 days. For international purchases, it can take up to 30 days depending on customs. Please contact customer service if you do have not received your item within the expected time frame.
Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days except on tools and grills. When returning and item, please put email address on package and state the problem with the item. We charge a 25% restocking fee if you ordered the wrong part so if you aren't sure, send us an email. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. You will be refunded after we receive the package back. PLEASE put your email address on package or your refund will be delayed as it takes us time to match customer up with address on package.
