This cable connects iPods to most Alpine M-Bus head unit. Alpine units must have M in the model number (CDM-, TDM-, etc).

One end is the iPod male connector, the other end is the Alpine MBUS connector. This is a 12V cable so it charges older ipods and iphones. (Will not charge the iPhone 3GS/4 or 4th Generation and new Nanos. You will need an adapter for those).
